  • Reiki Energy Healing
    A Japanese system of healing that channels universal life force energy & uses (Tenohira - palm healing + Gokai Meditation) to support balance, relaxation, and renewal. Reiki gently restores harmony in the body, mind, and spirit.

    Jin Shin Emotional Acupressure
    A hands-on practice using gentle touch on energy points to release tension and support emotional flow. This method helps ease stress and reconnect you to inner balance. (*Influenced by TCM)

  • Body-based techniques that deepen awareness, release stored tension, and re-pattern the nervous system. Somatics invite you to inhabit your body fully and safely.

  • This therapy combines flower essences with gentle touch points from traditional Chinese medicine. Each finger relates to an organ and core emotion (worry–spleen, fear–kidneys, anger–liver, grief–lungs, joy–heart). Using muscle testing, we identify which emotions and essences your body resonates with, creating a personalized formula to support balance and well-being.

  • Conscious breathing practices combined with meditation techniques to ground, energize, and open awareness. These sessions invite presence, clarity, and nervous system balance.
